Residence Primule is located in the newest part of Eraclea Mare and enjoys a favorable position to reach the city center and the beach on foot in just 5 minutes.
The three-room apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed for two people, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a large shower, a spacious balcony, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
Inside, upon entering, you will find the dining area with a table, a large refrigerator, and a kitchenette of adequate size with the necessary equipment to prepare meals. One double bedroom is very comfortable, with a large bridge wardrobe, while the second bedroom is smaller in size. There are a total of 6 beds available, including the sofa bed in the living room (in addition, upon request, a cot or a crib is available for a small extra charge).
In addition, there is a bright bathroom. The balcony is perfectly livable and fantastic for having breakfast or dinner outdoors.
The Residence is located on via Dancalia and is about 300 meters from the beach. Moreover, there is a reserved numbered parking for guests of the apartment.
